What is HSA/FSA and can I use it here?

HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) are pre-tax health benefit accounts that may be used to purchase eligible health products. Factory Direct Mattress Elko has partnered with Truemed to enable qualified customers to use their HSA/FSA funds on eligible purchases. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances and is determined by an independent licensed practitioner through a clinical intake form at checkout.

How do I pay with my HSA/FSA at FDM Elko?

Add eligible products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select “Pay with Truemed” as your payment method, then complete a clinical intake form. If the practitioner determines medical necessity, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is issued and your HSA/FSA payment is processed.
